These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and mejawd (hereinafter "mejawd", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://mejawd.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the mejawd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This age minimum applies to all casino-style gaming activities on the Platform, consistent with international standards for online gambling. Players found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's identity, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information in the event of any change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether issued by mejawd or by an external responsible gambling organisation — at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of mejawd and its affiliates are not eligible to hold Player Accounts or participate in promotions.

4.1 Registration Process. To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and consent to these Terms. Account activation may be subject to email verification.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC). mejawd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, upon making deposits, or prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mejawd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.

4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. Where 2FA is available, mejawd may require its activation for certain high-value withdrawal requests.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. All pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Outstanding withdrawable balances will be processed following KYC completion.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. mejawd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, subject to availability at the time of your transaction:

• Online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating institutions)
• DuitNow instant bank transfers
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and GrabPay
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT TRC20 and ERC20), and Ethereum (ETH)

5.2 Currency. All Account balances, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No additional currency conversion fees are applied by mejawd; however, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or handling charges where applicable.

5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 minutes for approved methods. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. mejawd reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for high-value withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.

5.5 Source of Funds. mejawd reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation.

5.6 Payment Method Consistency. To comply with anti-money laundering standards, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. mejawd may make exceptions at its discretion.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits offered by mejawd are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Only one bonus of the same promotional type may be claimed per player, per household address, per IP address, and per device. mejawd reserves the right to determine whether a pattern of bonus claims constitutes abuse.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. mejawd employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms, exploiting promotional terms contrary to their spirit, or systematically targeting low-variance games to meet wagering requirements. Any detected abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and potential account suspension.

6.5 Loyalty Programme. Points earned through the mejawd Loyalty Programme are subject to their own programme terms. mejawd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time with reasonable notice to active members.

6.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Withdrawing your real-money balance before completing the required wagering on a bonus may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any winnings derived from it. Players wishing to withdraw before completing wagering may opt to have bonus funds removed from their account.

7.1 Game Results. All game outcomes on the mejawd Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of professionally trained dealers in licensed streaming studios. mejawd does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure during a game, mejawd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's Account. No winnings will be paid in respect of a game round affected by a technical error that has materially influenced the outcome.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting activity is governed by our Sports Betting Rules, which are accessible on the Platform. Sports include Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Accepted bets are final.

7.4 Bet Cancellations. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except where expressly permitted by specific market rules (such as pre-match "cash-out" functionality where offered).

7.5 Maximum Winnings. mejawd may impose maximum single-session or single-event payout caps as stated in specific game or market rules. Players are advised to review applicable limits before placing high-stake wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mejawd Platform. Any detected violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Cheating, colluding with other players, or using software tools (bots, automated betting scripts, odds scrapers) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to generate artificial winnings.
• Systematic "arbitrage" betting designed to exploit price discrepancies across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner that removes genuine risk.
• Registering more than one account, or accessing the Platform through a third party's registered account.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Providing false personal information, identity documents, or payment details during registration or verification.
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other players or mejawd staff via the Platform's communication channels.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer the Platform's software, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure.

9.1 All content on the mejawd Platform — including but not limited to the mejawd brand name, logo, graphic design, interface layout, written content, game software, and underlying technology — is the proprietary intellectual property of mejawd or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to download, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

9.3 Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of mejawd's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10.1 The mejawd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors or viruses at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mejawd shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from Platform unavailability, data loss, or technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control; (d) any decisions made by the Player on the basis of information on the Platform.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mejawd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.4 Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and expected outcome of gaming activity. mejawd does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for any financial losses incurred through lawful gaming activity on the Platform.

11.1 mejawd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• At the Player's own request under the self-exclusion programme.
• Regulatory, compliance, or licensing obligations requiring mejawd to restrict access to certain jurisdictions.

11.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

11.3 Where an Account is closed for any reason other than a breach by the Player (for example, at the Player's own request), any remaining withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the Player through the verified payment method on file, following satisfactory KYC completion.

12.1 mejawd is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can cause harm, and we take that responsibility seriously.

12.2 The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players via their Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mejawd holds its international online gaming licence. The applicable jurisdiction is specified in mejawd's licensing documentation.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or from the application of these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat to attempt informal resolution. Our support team aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

13.3 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint via email to the address stated in Section 15. Formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team and responded to within 10 business days.

13.4 Malaysian players should note that local courts may or may not have jurisdiction over disputes involving international online gaming operators. mejawd makes no warranty as to the enforceability of these Terms in any particular jurisdiction.

14.1 mejawd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-Platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change.

14.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory or legal obligation — may be made without prior notice but will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
